Postage & Packaging Rates

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Our gowns are sent out packed in strong double wall plain cartons, on hangers with polythene protection.

NB - Please take care to choose the correct shipping region on checkout as failing to pay the correct amount will delay your order.  Shipping will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.

Please note that our courier offers only a restricted service to some postcode areas (some Scotland and offshore codes).  If your delivery is particularly urgent we recommend you contact us first for delivery options. Note delivery times are working day (mon-fri) only.

United Kingdom mainland, all areas excepting those below - flat rate shipping for up to 3 gowns and combined items Parcelforce 48 hour insured courier £7.50    Parcelforce 24 hour insured courier £8.50.  Pre-noon delivery on request at extra charge please email.

UK Scottish highlands (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, ZE), Northern Ireland, IOW, IOM.  The shipping method used will depend on the weight of the gown.  If the weight is over 2kg then Royal Mail shipping becomes more expensive than using a courier service  - rates are calculated for you automatically at checkout.  Most of our gowns are £15 to offshore postcodes.

BFPO - We now offer a flat rate of £15 any gown via parcelforce courier to most BFPO postcodes.

Eire, Channel Isles & Rest of Europe.  Rates applied at checkout based on weight of parcel.  Choice of Royal mail for smaller items or courier service for gowns (courier between £15-25 approx, calculated for you at checkout)

International Shipping.  We are happy to ship any item worldwide. International airmail shipping is weight based and will be calculated for you on checkout.  If you have any difficulty or your country is not shown please contact us we will be happy to assist.

It would be beneficial to both parties if you could provide an address where someone will be around to sign for the parcel during working hours as boxes cannot be left without a signature - we can deliver to a work address if required.

Smaller Items (Lingerie items etc ).  Royal Mail Postage priced by weight and will be automatically applied at checkout.  The 1st class postage rates for one item are shown on each listing.
