What happens if the dress does not fit or I don't like it? In the unlikely event you are unhappy
with your purchase - we offer a
refund and return policy on unworn
items.
Some intimate items are excluded from the returns policy, as are made to
measure items.
2. I
have never bought through the internet before, is it safe?
We understand that buying online can
sometimes be a daunting experience. If you wish to email us we can
answer any questions you have prior to making a purchase and you can
speak to us personally if you like. Our cart uses a secure server
for processing credit card transactions and is safe to use online.
3. How do I pay?
We have a number of payment options.
We accept all major credit cards either online via our secure server or
over the phone - your card is never charged until your order is ready to
send. We also take payment by the popular paypal system, cheque, postal order,
bank draft or direct bank
transfer.
4. I have a function in 2 days and
need a dress quickly - can you help?
We ship quickly on all in-stock items and can arrange a
guaranteed next day pre-noon courier service on request
5. I
don't see my size - do you have it? We
generally stock a range of dresses in sizes 8 to
22 and can sometimes obtain small or large sizes to order - if you don't see what you
need please email us with details of what you are looking for we will
try to help you.
6. Do
you ship internationally? We ship worldwide and would be pleased to
offer you a price for shipping on request.
7. How
do I know your items are good quality?
Please rest assured that our gowns are
of the highest quality - generally better quality than those found in
high street stores. Our designers work together
directly with the manufacturers to ensure the best fabrics, finish and
fit on our products.
8. Do you have a shop?
We no longer operate a shop from our
premises, but collection from our warehouse can usually be arranged if
you call first.
